Start off with the good points. Clean well presented clinic. Bad points, poor results. If your going to offer a specific service and have people pay good money for it then at least have staff that aren't afraid to fulfill that service. Each visit was different because it was with a different person, each just as shy as the last. When doing intimate areas its quite embarrassing as it is. The area's covered worked well but areas were missed, because staff just didn't straight up try. Some did but still didn't cover the whole area paid for. They missed more areas than they covered. The last few appointments I asked to pay attention to the areas that weren't being covered but by that time it wouldn't of been close to the recommended 6-10 sessions that I'd paid for them to be done. Av one session left of a course and I won't be back to use it as I know one session will not sort the areas missed so why bother. Why have me pay for a treatment and not give me that treatment I don't know.

I'm just after my first laser treatment ever and my experience with all girls are just excellent!! My first 5 booking are already set up on the caller, all ladies are very professional and friendly. Even my husband was impressed of how great all staff is treating clients in such a difficult time.

Staff were friendly upon entrance. I was signed in and taken almost immediately. Laser was quick and straightforward. The staff member doing my laser was chatty, friendly and efficient. In and out in less than 10 minutes. Super!

I attended the clinic today for my appointment after lockdown, always happy smiling faces to be greeted with! Such a lovely bunch. I originally booked in with Louise but my treatment was carried out with Jennifer. Although this was her first day on the job, she was lovely, talkative and with some nerves, she got through it and I wish her all the best at Therapie! You’re all a credit to the business.
